"Just wanted to let you know, I bought a few things including the Face Wash which contains Neem Oil. My youngest son got poison sumac and it quickly spread just over the course of the day. I spent 30 bucks on store bought products, and when nothing helped...I used a lather of the face wash in a cool shower for him. It's almost completely gone!!! He instantly stopped itching, and by this morning it was almost completely dried out.
